Mechanical Design

The main task of E-COM's mechanical design department is the development of very accurate and high reliable replicas of the simulator interiors (as cabins, turrets, cockpits, etc.) and simulated instruments.

A brief characteristics of E-COM mechanical design department:

• Use of modern 3D CAD/CAM systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Specialized for small series production
• Accuracy guaranteed by 3D scanner application and CNC production centres

Powerful computers and work stations with installed specific SW tools are used at mechanics development.

Special measurement devices are used to acquire information about dimensions and operating forces of replicated instruments.
