Integration and Electronics Production

E-COM's simulator assembly is provided by highly qualified and experienced specialists.

Assembly includes:

• Mechanical mounting
• Electric and electronic mounting
• Optical assembly
• Simulators integration
• Simulators tests

All assembly activities are under 100% quality supervision.

Standard modern tools are used in the production of electric and electronic units for prototypes and products, incl. assembling of electronic boards (incl. Surface Mount Technology) and SMD mounted boards, repairing facilities, production of cables and electric boxes.

Standard mechanical tools are used for mechanical mounting.

Optical part integration and mounting requires clean work places.

The Integration and Electronics Production department also provides production of moulds and casts vacuum (handles, levers, knobs, etc.).
